PROJECT SUMMARY

Eagleswood Business Park is located in north Bristol, just off the M5 motorway. Koddis Construction were appointed to carry out the following works:- Replacement of the existing defective and fragile rooflights with new 2.44kg/m2 class 3 double skinned units. Decontaminate and spray the external cladding, windows & doors and shutters to match the original factory finish.

Internally the existing tenants mezzanine floors were deconstructed, Mechanical & Electrical upgrades, and all internal spaces decorated and professionally cleaned.

Externally the existing hardstanding's were repaired, block paving taken up and relayed to match existing falls, slot drainage channel replacement and new car park demarcation.
